I am writing to share the experience of having my roof replaced by you.

Prior to calling Mike’s Roofing, I received two competing quotes from other roofing companies in the area. After reviewing the proposals and talking with their representatives, I decided to call you for good measure. Your estimator, Troy, arrived shortly thereafter and discussed my concerns and needs. In short order Troy produce a quote that was right between the two prior quotes I received. It only took me a second to agree to the proposal and sign the paperwork.

My reason for choosing Mike’s roofing over the competition are manifold. First off my experience with those I spoke to on the phone was courteous and pleasant. Secondly, Troy was knowledgeable in addressing my concerns and broad factors the competition did not discuss. Thirdly, the material stated on the proposal was of higher quality and grade than the cop competing proposals. Additionally Troy secured the roof, until it could be replaced. At this point I felt the most at ease and confidence and that Mike’s roofing would be my best choice.

When the crew arrived I was shocked at how quickly the whole process went. Within 12 hours of start my roof had been replaced. Quality of the crew’s work was great and the attention to detail was above my expectations. Afterward, my yard was cleaned up so well you would never know a job such as this had ever taken place.

Choosing Mike’s roofing over the higher competing bid was a no-brainer, but it was an easy choice over the low bid as well given the excellent service up front quality material specified in the superb finish of the installation. It’s evident that Mike’s roofing represents the best value in Central Ohio.

Kent and I want to thank you for taking care of the installation problems we had with our shed roof. We are grateful that we now have a correctly installed roof that will not leak and protect our investment in our pool equipment. As you know, the protruding nails had become quite a problem.
